Our December celebration went so well, and Mr Yang and the whole team were a big part of that. Guests commented on how smoothly everything was organised, and the atmosphere and service were excellent. Everyone felt welcome, looked after and relaxed throughout. From the start, Mr Yang and his team handled things with care, professionalism and real warmth. They took care of every detail and brought such positive energy to the day. It was a pleasure working with them, and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone planning an event who wants to feel confident and at ease. Thank you for making it unforgettable.

I liked the hotel. It was clean and relaxing, and the massage was the part I needed most. Conchi gave me a very pleasant 50-minute massage at the spa. She's a real professional and made it relaxing from beginning to end. I came away refreshed and would definitely recommend her.

The staff were helpful throughout the whole process, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We were there for a friend's wedding on October 18th, just a three-minute drive away, and were upgraded from a two-bedroom apartment to a three-bedroom one without any fuss. There was loads of room, so nobody felt cramped. Both bathrooms had underfloor heating, a lovely touch, and the apartment was spotless with all the essentials for a comfortable week. The pool area was very clean and well kept too.

For a quick 90-minute relaxation visit, this felt like a waste of money. The spa was quiet, which was nice, but the two saunas weren't hot enough and had no water to pour over them. The cold room was ridiculously cold, while the plunge pool wasn't cold enough. A special shower didn't work, and the massage chair was okay but looked like it was from the 1990s. It should be easy to upgrade. They could also make the cold water properly cold and offer free drinking water. That might make the tight 90-minute schedule feel worth rushing through. There are regular, warm-enough saunas in central Torrevieja for €10-15 less. It wasn't a total waste, but this kind of spa doesn't feel like good value and gives the impression they just want your money. In Spain, €25 should get you more, like at any decent hotel in Europe. You also have to buy a ridiculous €3 swimming cap. It's the only place in the whole world that makes you wear one 😂 I forgot to mention that the thermal pool isn't really thermal, and the amount of chlorine in it is disgusting and unhealthy. I'd like my money back, and I might change my feedback.
