2/10
The room was okay, but it only had a TV and a safe. Tea and coffee came from a machine in the lobby, and the housekeeping staff were really loud. You could hear everything from other rooms, even a phone vibrating. They serve food and drinks, but it’s basic, and breakfast costs 13 eruo. I wouldn’t come back. We had three power cuts, and the WiFi was slow and unreliable. The bathroom looks nice, but the shower starts flooding because it doesn’t drain.

Very good location and an excellent breakfast. The client service staff were great.

The location is good, about a 15 min walk from the center, and the people working here, from reception to the cleaners, are kind and helpful. Cleaning is quite okay too. The main drawback for me is how old the hotel is. From what I understood, it was one of the first built around there, which is why I scored it this way. The halls are dark and have sensor lights, and the cafeteria or bar is very basic.

Everything works just right, and the bed was really comfortable. My room was just right too, spotlessly clean, and quiet at night. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is easy to get to and close enough to the centre. The breakfast is excellent, with both a full English and continental options. This hotel is excellent value for money. I was also particularly glad pets aren’t allowed, so you can be sure nobody had their dog sleeping on your bed the night before your stay.

The room in 308 was spotless, and the huge shower was great. It looked out over the car park, which made it easy to keep an eye on the car. Check-in and service were both great, and parking was free and secure. A great stay all around.
