The location made it easy to explore the city, and the rooms were spacious. The amenities were top-notch too. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

2/10
Ciudad Real has beautiful places, but this isn't one of them. The hotel was expensive, the service was bad, and it felt unhygienic, with rotten ethical principles. 2/10.

A nice spot to relax, have a few drinks, and enjoy some tapas.
