Right in the middle of this historic walled town, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless. It feels closer to a four-star place than its three-star rating suggests. There's free WiFi, and secure parking is available for a reasonable extra charge in a nearby underground garage. Getting in and out of that garage is an adventure. For the same price, this was much better than other hotels nearby. Highly recommended.

Avoid this place. It was December 22 and 2 degrees outside, but there was only a thin sheet on the bed and no blankets. The radiator was cold, and the air conditioning wouldn't heat the room. I asked for heating, but the bad-tempered man at reception wouldn't or couldn't use Google Translate. I used it to explain that I was cold; he indicated the heating wouldn't come on until 8 p.m. and would be switched off after three hours. I also had to ask for a blanket through Google Translate. The toilet seat was awful, with yellow urine stains and chips, and the air-con remote in the photos was the dirtiest I've ever seen. The hairdryer was missing its head, though it did warm up the bathroom, and the bathroom and toilet were freezing. It was beyond words, especially with notices around saying the place was safe and clean. Very dated, cold, and unwelcoming.

A lovely room and a friendly woman at reception. There's a large car park behind the property, and although it costs extra, it was good value. Amazing hotel.

Set in a beautiful old building inside the city walls, with elegantly furnished rooms and a perfect location. The car parking was a nightmare, and the receptionist wasn't very welcoming.

The receptionist was very helpful, and the hotel is beautiful, right inside the walled city. The main sights are an easy walk away. We didn't eat or drink at the hotel, but I'd recommend it.
