The room was attractive and had plenty of space, and the hotel is air-conditioned. The bathroom, though, was very small and had no ventilation. There’s a tiny lift, but you still need to climb about five steps from the lobby to reach it, and the dining room and bar are three steps down, so this place isn’t accessible for wheelchair users. Staff were helpful and accommodating. They leave complimentary coffee, tea bags and little cookies by the elevator. The location is handy for walking to the Moulin Rouge and the subway. Along the main road there are lots of adult toy shops, but the area felt clean and I didn’t see any trouble or bad people. A big Monoprix nearby has groceries, clothes and other essentials, and there’s also a post office and Western Union.

The host is incredibly kind. She kept going out of her way to fix things that were entirely my fault, and even gave us aftersun when she noticed my girlfriend and me had got sunburnt. The rooms are lovely and clean, with Rituals products in the shower. It’s only about five minutes from the centre and bus station. I haven’t stayed in many hotels, but this is easily my favourite. I’ve already been back twice, and would happily return again.

Breakfast was a real highlight, with lots to choose from, including eggs, omelettes and pancakes made fresh. The rooms are cosy, comfortable and decorated with great taste. It’s right in the centre of Ciutadella, and we had such a lovely stay. Already looking forward to coming back.

A nice place with a good breakfast, though the juices were undrinkable. There wasn’t anyone at reception in the afternoons.

I’ve stayed here several times, and the staff are what keep bringing me back. They make me feel at home, are always around to help, and have such a lovely, upbeat energy. The decor, boutique feel, tasty breakfast and central spot are all great too. It’s my home away from home in Ciutadella, and I can’t wait to return next summer.
