Suites del Lago

The pool water was simply too cold, and a heating system would make a big difference. It was frustrating not to be able to fully enjoy such a nice area. Still, Suites del Lago was a wonderful place to stay during my Menorca vacation. The reception team made everything easy from the moment I arrived, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable for relaxing after a long day. A special mention to the breakfast team: Genny, Davinia, Coti, Daniela, Lola, Dinda, Iya, Rocío and Juliano. Every morning they served distinctive dishes with care and beautiful presentation. It wasn’t a typical breakfast, and you could try as many specialties as you liked. It became one of my favorite parts of the stay. Aside from the pool temperature, everything was wonderful. Highly recommended.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully looked after, and the pool area was stunning, with plenty of places to sunbathe and unwind. FOC’s breakfast was incredible. There’s an extensive buffet as well as made-to-order dishes that feel like a meal at a top restaurant. I’d pay to eat there even if I weren’t staying at the hotel. Every staff member we met was warm, professional, and attentive. They rotate between restaurants, so we kept seeing the same friendly faces, and the service stayed consistently fantastic. I absolutely loved my stay. It felt like a true 5-star experience, and I can’t wait to come back!

The little touches were lovely, from the note to the welcome sweet treats, and Pedro was fantastic at sharing information and helping us get around. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and kind. Breakfast had a wide choice and was probably one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. Lago Resort itself is beautiful and has plenty of amenities. We were only there for 2 days, so we didn’t get to use the facilities as much as we’d have liked. The stay was amazing, and we can’t think of anything that needs improving. We had the best time and would only stay at Lago if we came back to Menorca. Thanks so much to all the staff. We hope to return soon! 🙂

The pool area was great, and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, too. The breakfast staff were especially kind, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we felt comfortable. You can tell they care about guests, and that made our mornings special. The staff overall were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely come back.
