We’ve been here a week and I love it. The kids are having a great time at the pools and snack bar, and the entertainment’s been good. We especially loved the legends concert. Everyone has been really helpful and friendly, from reception and the bar to housekeeping. It’s only a two-star place, and I think that’s because the rooms need updating. Apart from that, I can’t see why it shouldn’t be rated higher. We’ll definitely stay again.

The location is great, opposite a shop and not far from the main resort area. The accommodation was very clean and tidy, with towels changed every other day. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the pools were well maintained. There’s a lively main pool for families as well as smaller, quieter ones for relaxing, so there’s something for everyone.

There were plenty of pools and play areas to keep the kids busy. My boys especially loved the bridge dance party, which happened in the main pool most days. The main pool sunbeds were all taken by 9 or 9:30, but we could always find beds at the other pools. We liked the ones in T block. We had a great week, but I’ve taken off a star for some apartment problems. We were first given M6, whose balcony overlooks the stage. That wasn’t going to work for us with young children who still need an early bedtime, but the staff accommodated our request to move. T3 was a lovely apartment with a large, very private terrace. The bedroom air conditioning didn’t work, though. They gave us a temporary unit, but it was very noisy, and no one seemed to make any effort to fix the issue. The apartment was very clean, and the maid came almost every day to mop and change towels.

It’s in a great spot just outside town, about a ten-minute walk from the nearest cove or beach. The atmosphere and staff are excellent, and there’s a pool for every mood, from peaceful to lively. The rooms are a bit dated, but the air conditioning is more than adequate, and there’s plenty of space and equipment for self-catering.
