Excellent service when booking and paying over the phone, and the management was genuinely professional. I’ll definitely use this hotel again for future business stays.

I’ve only eaten at El Patio gastro bar, and it’s fantastic. I hear the hotel rooms are good and inexpensive too. The whole place has a cool Andalusian charm, and the old town of Coin is just a short walk away.

The booking and reception communication were both easy and smooth. My room was spacious, very clean and had everything I needed. Great place to stay if you’re visiting the area and want a property with Andalucia architecture.

The bed was rock hard, and there were insects on the floor and marks on the sheets. The room was filthy. There was a kettle but no cutlery, and after asking for it throughout our stay, we only got it on the night we were leaving. Bins weren’t emptied, and towels were taken without replacements. When we asked for more, they didn’t arrive until the next day. I asked them to clean the dirt off the floor. They sent a photo of a mopped floor, but when I got back, the dirt was still in the same place. On arrival there was nobody there, and it was dark going up to the room. It felt dodgy that no one was around and there was no check-in desk, so we could only message them. They say the rooms are a “non-smoking zone” but let people smoke in them. When I asked for compensation because our stay was only four days, the person messaging me said I was disrespectful. Why should we get poor service because we’re staying a short time? They said I was lucky to get cutlery because they don’t have a restaurant, yet reviews talk about how lovely the food is and there are pictures of people in the restaurant downstairs lol.
