The owners were kind and helpful, and there's a restaurant downstairs. The room was simple but had everything we needed: comfortable beds, a clean space, a strong shower, and great AC. It's a cute little hotel with only a few rooms, around a 10-minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes from the train. I'd stay again.

The breakfast was the highlight: fresh orange juice, coffee and tea, a huge charcuterie board, fig jam, and warm toast. Just perfect! The rooms were good for the price, clean, with renovated bathrooms and great air conditioning.

We had to cancel because bad weather led to a swimming race being called off, but the hotel wouldn't refund the fee. They said our contract was with booking.com and that we had to accept whatever they decided, yet it was the hotel management that chose not to waive the charge. To me, that’s very poor customer relations. I often visit the area and could have brought them plenty of bookings as a returning client, but they chose to keep a little money instead. Look elsewhere for owners who are more understanding.

The owners have created such a homey feeling here, and that's what really stayed with me. The rooms are quiet and very comfortable, the food is amazing, and the town is a gem. Patates d'olot is now our favourite Catalan dish. We’ll be back!

The food was really great, and the friendly owner made us feel welcome. Don't miss the mussels, they were so tasty we had them twice during our three-day stay! The room was clean and comfortable, though very simple. Nice place near the beach, and great value for money.
