We couldn't wait to leave and find something to eat. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had. During our four nights visiting three hotels, only one was anywhere near a four-star standard. When my wife asked for a knife to cut something in the room, they said they couldn't give us one unless we ordered something at their restaurant. Coming here was a mistake, and I won't return.

The staff were friendly, but that didn't make up for the dated rooms or the food. Our first room had a bunch of hair on the bed, so we asked to move. The rooms need a lot of maintenance: cupboards and shelves were broken. Dinner in the canteen was poor quality and far too expensive for what you got. Burger King down the road would have been a better choice. We were here for a wedding at a nearby venue, but I wouldn't stay again if there were other options. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were friendly and made the stay pleasant, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. We also had excellent meals with a delicious range of options. FC Villalba hotel is in a fantastic spot for exploring the area, and I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the location was great. But the hotel was noisy: it's by a busy main road, the heating and water system could be heard, and there was no soundproofing between rooms or from the corridor. After four nights, I'm looking forward to sleeping well in my van again. I travel in a van, and despite the great staff, I wouldn't stay here again.

The location has a great view and free parking, though there's no charging station. The service was three-star at best, and there's no coffee station in the room. Wallpaper is peeling around the washroom because there's no fan or ventilation in there. This doesn't feel like a four-star hotel, so I'd rate it three stars overall.
