Gita, the hosts' wonderful dog, kept watch whenever anyone went for a swim in the pool, making sure everyone was safe. If dogs make you nervous, meeting Gita may change that. Cortijo Piltraque, relais de charme is a gem among the hills and olive trees of Colmenar, Málaga, with lovely nature all around. It feels like a private hotel, run by amazing people, and it's an easy drive, about 30 minutes, to Málaga. It would be hard to get lost on the way. The host Hubert serves amazing meals. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed. K

The rooms are cared for meticulously and furnished with style, and the view is unforgettable. Cortijo Piltraque, owned by An and Hans, is a beautiful B&B tucked into the mountain landscape north of Malaga, an oasis of peace and beauty. The place feels special because An and Hans work together so warmly and professionally, with genuine hospitality. Hans prepares delicious dinners with love and passion, and An's sourdough bread is a winner. They create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone after peace, nature, quality, and good food.
