Hotel Rural Gallu Juancho

Pedro looked after us wonderfully and made sure we had everything we needed. We were six adults and a baby, and our time at Gallu Juancho was among the best stays we’ve had. The house is even more beautiful in person than it appears in photos. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of wood, with very comfortable beds. Windows and balconies look out toward either the mountains or the sea. The common areas are lovely and well kept, with everything we could need; the big windows in the living room and upstairs are a joy. The tower room is the house’s real gem, magnificent. We were sorry to leave, and will definitely return whenever we're in Asturias. A wholehearted recommendation. Thank you so much.

The place feels wonderfully quiet and tucked away, yet it’s well connected, only 3-4 km from the A8 and close to everything. We had a wonderful room and spectacular views, and the owners were super friendly and helpful. Noé, their son, and Kratos, their adorable little Yorkshire terrier, got on great with our dog. They treated our furry friend like a guest and even gave them a treat now and then. The breakfast was very well kept, too. The town is welcoming, with a visitor center next door where you can rent bikes, and plenty of places to eat within 3-5 km. On the road to Calunga, there's a spot selling natural cider you can sample first, all very artisanal. 10/10, one of the best places I’ve stayed. Definitely 100% recommended, and we’ll be back!

Pedro and Lorena, the owners, made us feel right at home. They're lovely and welcoming, and the breakfast was hearty and good. Our room was clean, the views were lovely, and the location is convenient beside the highway. A very nice country hotel, definitely 100% recommended.

Just five minutes from the beach, this peaceful village is a lovely place to switch off for a few days. The house is fantastic, with loads of space, large bedrooms, and en-suite bathrooms. It's a special spot away from noise, surrounded by nature and mountains. We'll be back :)
