I came with high expectations after reading the reviews, but the apartment was in appalling shape. I understand that insects and mosquitoes come with the area and that coastal prices are high, but this level of dirt was deplorable. There were huge spiders and nests inside the door frames, which still creeps me out. Ants were in the bathroom, on the toilet paper and complimentary towels. The towels were torn, the faucet was broken, the walls were moldy, electrical outlets were loose, and the mosquito nets had tears in the corners. I don’t want to say more. I’m not coming back, especially not with children.

The communal pool doesn’t open until 9:00 PM, so if you show up around 8:00 PM, there’s nothing positive to say about that. The apartments are very old, and cleanliness is practically nonexistent. There are cobwebs and spider nests inside the door frames, which I’ve seen mentioned in another review, plus large ants that bite. I wouldn’t bring small children, unless you want to risk ending up in hospital with spider bites.

Two couples paid €200 for 12 hours, and the place was completely disappointing. We came once and won’t return. I don’t know where to start, so I’m attaching photos of the spiders, which are not exactly tiny. The wall had mold, the towels were torn, and there were plenty of ants. Some faucets were broken with insects around them, among other problems. At that price, it should at least be clean and disinfected, and free of spiders. Not recommended at all.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and I’ll definitely come back again. This time we got the first house, which was even better than the last one because there was more green space for the kids and me to play in. They’ve added ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a dishwasher 👍🏻👍🏻

I liked the place and had a really good experience, and the reception staff were attentive and very helpful. There were lots of mosquitoes around the pool, though, and the property needs more maintenance. The picnic area roof was in poor condition, the entrance door was damaged, and some tiles were loose or broken. The fan was full of dust, and they cut off our water a day early.
