Everything was new and clean, and the place is quiet and conveniently located, around 300 meters from both the center and the beach. There are lots of hills and steps, though, so it could be hard for older people or anyone with a physical disability. There’s a garage and an elevator. Since I get short of breath, I always used the elevator from the garage up to the apartment and avoided climbing four flights of stairs.
