There was no working air conditioning, and leaving the window open didn’t feel possible because the terrace made it very easy to get in. No one was at reception, so the building was open around the clock to anyone. They didn’t clean at all during our stay. They call it an apartment, but there wasn’t even a kitchen. We had to wash dishes in the sink without any cleaning supplies, and there was no hairdryer or microwave. We complained, but nothing came of it.

Fine for sleeping, but not much else. The room was decent enough, though it needs updating, and the bed was a bit small. It had a TV and a private bathroom with a shower, plus a fridge that made a lot of noise at night. The strangest part was having no receptionist. We had to collect the keys and leave the money ourselves.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but the value for money felt pretty limited. By day four there was more sand on the floor than you could imagine, and there was no cleaning service or even a broom. The bathroom light was out and the fridge made a noise like it was about to take off. The shared terrace should be mentioned when booking. You can't just open the window, since people on the terrace are practically in your room. And there is never, absolutely never, anyone at reception.

The pool was already turning green by the second day, even though it was mid-September with plenty of sunny weather for the beach and pool. We messaged on WhatsApp, and the person in charge read it, but five months later I'm still waiting for an answer. We could hear them there, and I saw them looking at their phone after I alerted them, but they didn't reply or come to our room. The apartment itself was poor quality: one curtain was half hanging down, the balcony needed sweeping, and it was better not to look under the bed. When we arrived, nobody was at reception or told us where anything was. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
