TAKE Hostel Conil

We came for two days and somehow stayed ten. The common area made it easy to meet people, and we all felt so comfortable there that leaving was hard. The owners and volunteers were friendly, fun, and helpful, and the place was clean and well managed, with a relaxed but efficient feel. The mattress was so good I wanted to bring it home. Bars, shops, and beaches are close by, and parking out front was easy. It also made a handy base for exploring the coast. Big abrazo to all the team!

I started each morning with a short walk to the beach, then a workout on the bars with locals and a quick swim. The hostel is clean, with comfortable bunks that feel private, and a roomy kitchen and living area where I met some great travelers. We became friends fast and went on a few adventures together. The staff were helpful with anything I needed. Laura shared fun recommendations and has a great sense of humor. One day the owner even gave us a lift to a nearby beach. I had a great two nights at Take while traveling along the coast, and hope to come back.

The dorm beds are lux, and the atmosphere was great. We had some rough weather while I was there, but the surf school took us to a sheltered beach where the waves turned out to be perfect. The staff helped me out on several occasions and were extremely helpful.

I accidentally booked an extra night, and they kindly refunded me for it. The hostel was very nice, with kind staff and clean rooms and bathrooms. I’d recommend it.
