Beside The Roman Wall

I booked for mid-May at the start of the year, but COVID canceled my plans when my flight was canceled and reimbursed. Spain wasn't allowing tourism at the time, yet the hostel owners refused to cancel and refund me or offer new dates. I never received a reply. The way you acted was horrible, and illegal. Difficult situations bring out the nasty side of people. I'll make sure you get the bad publicity you deserve and file a complaint with the customer protection service. You shouldn't keep a license to offer tourist rooms. It's outrageous.

The location is practical and the place is cheap, but it isn't a real hotel. The room we were given didn't match the description: there was no private toilet or bathroom, and no breakfast despite it being advertised. There are five or six rooms, but only one has air conditioning, so you'd have to get lucky.

We came from Portugal on motorbikes and left them for two days in front of the police station. The woman who owns the place was very kind. It's clean, cosy, inexpensive, close to the police station and near the historic center, and the toilets were very clean.

The apartment was clean and well maintained, and very close to the Roman Wall and the rest of the city center. We enjoyed spending a day there.
