We stopped in for a beer or two and had a nice time. The waiter was very friendly, and the complimentary nuts were delicious. I can't speak to the hot drinks or food, but with that view, bottled drinks are a safe bet. 😊

Before the sun gets scorching over Plaza de la Corredera, this is a lovely spot to have churros early in the morning. The waitress was quick and pleasant. The hot chocolate is the thick kind, if that's what you like.

Breakfast was good and the prices were good too, and the staff were nice, though not professional. They spilled orange juice on my backpack twice, got my order wrong three times, and took forever to bring the check.

At Plaza de la Corredera, 14002, Córdoba, Casa Maripaz has been serving artisan breakfasts since 1993. People come in early for what they consider the best churros and jeringos in Cordoba, usually with a good bowl of chocolate. The business has gradually expanded and now offers lunch and dinner as well as breakfast. House dishes include salmorejo, patatas bravas, flamenquín with loin and ham, homemade croquettes, and assorted fried fish. You can pair any of them with a good local wine. Reservations: 625499122.
