Crisol Jardines de Córdoba

Breakfast was awful. There was hardly any bread to choose from, the dishes were nearly empty, and no fruit was replenished. Who would want to pay for that? This isn't what I'd expect from a four-star hotel. It looked more like a 2-3 star place, and I've rarely been this angry. Maybe locals would find it better, since the dining area is different, but as a foreign tourist I was extremely disappointed and hope no one stays here again. There was no hot water for the shower, so I had to wait until late at night, in November. They offered no compensation, while the drinks in the room were ridiculously expensive. It felt like they just wanted to squeeze out a final profit before closing down.

We spent two nights at Crisol Jardines de Córdoba and found it peaceful, with Córdoba's main sights easy to reach. The Mezquita-Catedral was only a short drive away. The room was comfortable and clean, and after sightseeing we enjoyed relaxing in the lovely garden. Staff were warm and ready to help with questions. Breakfast was decent, though a little limited, especially for kids. That's the only part that could use more variety. It was a comfortable, relaxing stay, and I'd recommend it to families or couples visiting Córdoba.

The room was spotless, probably the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the heating worked brilliantly. There was plenty of parking, plus lovely gardens to walk around. It's about a 10-minute drive to the city centre. Service at the outdoor bar was a bit slow, though I may have caught them at a quiet time since I was the only one there. We didn't try breakfast or dinner, just stayed as a family. It feels like the hotel is making a real effort to improve. I'd definitely stay again, keep up the good work. Thank you!

The noise made it impossible to sleep. There was a bathroom drip, doors banging all night, and I could hear everything through the walls, including the neighbor having sex and an alarm going off from 6 to 7 a.m. Just a barrage of random sounds. I paid €135 for one night, including a €15 discount, with no meals. Luckily, it was only one night. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I'm sorry!
