Quiet, clean, and a nice spot to unwind, with a really pleasant park nearby. The city centre is about a 20-minute walk from the hotel and the main attractions are within reach on foot. Breakfast wasn't included, which was my only complaint. I stayed during the middle of carnaval, so the good price was a reason I chose it.

One of our three bags went missing, a laptop backpack with some personal items inside. We reported it to the police and gave them the evidence. Be aware, we believe there's a thief at this hotel, and the staff weren't helpful when we tried to find out what happened.

The rooms are small, but they're enough if all you need is somewhere to sleep. The hotel was easy to find, in a beautiful, very quiet area. It was clean and the service was nice.

It's a simple, comfortable and very clean hotel, with friendly staff. The price is very good for such a central location. There's also a large cafeteria for meals and an outdoor terrace.

We had three pieces of luggage, and one vanished. It was a laptop backpack with some personal belongings in it. We reported the incident to the police and provided evidence, but the hotel staff weren't helpful in finding whoever took it. Be aware, there's a thief in this hotel!
