Exe Las Adelfas Hotel

The scrambled eggs were the one thing I didn’t like. They use powdered egg mix instead of real eggs, and it doesn’t taste good. Lots of other hotels do this, but eggs are easy to get and scramble. Otherwise, it’s a lovely, clean, well-kept hotel in a great location out of town if you’re renting a car. The price was relatively cheap for such a nice place. Nereya at reception was lovely, informative, and very helpful with our needs. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The pool area was great for relaxing, and the hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were friendly. It’s a bit far from the main attractions, so having a car is definitely necessary.

Friendly, attentive staff provided excellent service throughout, which was the one bright spot. The hotel itself is noticeably old and needs refurbishment. In the bathroom, the water pressure was weak, the shower temperature kept changing and needed constant manual adjustment, and the toilet tank took an unusually long time to refill. Instructions for calling reception and room service on the phone would have helped. The buffet breakfast was underwhelming, no better than what I’ve had at 3-star hotels in other cities. There were only a few hot options: scrambled eggs, tomatoes, bacon, and a low-quality sausage. Bread and pastries had better variety, and jam and honey came in individual containers. There was no in-room coffee machine or ironing board either, which falls short of what I expect from a 4-star hotel.

We were a bit away from the city center, with not much to do nearby, so getting around meant relying on cabs. The staff helped us request them and were quick and helpful. The stay itself was comfortable.
