The pools were great, especially the salted one, and the whole place was relaxing with soothing music everywhere. There’s one hot pool, one warm pool, one salted pool, one cold pool, a steam room, and a massage room. Staff were friendly and explained what we needed to know about the facilities. Towels and slippers are provided, and you can leave your belongings in the gender-separated changing rooms and lockers, which have separate showers. It was clean and well located, and they offered tea of your choice at the end. Recommended!

The pools were amazing, and although my husband thought two hours sounded short, after an hour we were ready to head back to the room and relax. They brought mint tea an hour and a half into our bath time. The room was wonderful, and the bed and pillow were the best of our two weeks in Portugal and Spain. I had my best night's sleep. We'd booked one night mainly for the pools. We arrived in pouring rain and learned our room was outside on the other side of the building, which meant walking around the block. That was only a problem at check-in. I wish we'd known about the other door, and clearer signs or a map at reception would have helped. We were trying to count four rights in the rain, second-guessing which alley was right, and eventually ringing random doors just to get out of it. A map or a few arrows would have been great. Also, don't drive down the road. The SUV barely made it, so use a parking garage for 18€.

The baths are lovely, and the staff are very friendly. I especially like the no-phones rule, it really lets you relax after a full day of exploring. The tea is excellent too.
