I've stayed here before and keep coming back. Parking is secure, and the lift makes it easy to get from the car to the room. The motorway is easy to reach, and walking into the center is simple too. The staff are friendly, and my dog enjoyed it as well. They left her a dog bed and a gift bag, a nice touch. The 20€ dog fee and 15€ parking fee seem reasonable to me. I'll always stay here when traveling from Mallorca to Tenerife.

We spent one night here while travelling towards Rhonda, and it's a great hotel on the edge of Cordoba for motorcyclists. The staff were so friendly and helpful. One of them recommended the Black Sheep, about a five-minute walk away, and both the food and service were excellent. The rooms are modern and really nice, with comfortable beds and great bathrooms. I highly recommend it.

The rooftop pool got pretty cold on some days, and with the wind up there, a more regulated temperature would've improved the experience. Still, my girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay and were delighted with the price. The hotel was spotless, and everyone from reception to the cleaners was friendly. Staff spoke enough English to be a real help. The facilities were all just about perfect, and the location put us near lots of tasty restaurants and a tobacco and drinks shop open 24/7. The bus stop is about a five-minute walk away. It costs 1.30€ per person and takes around eight minutes to reach the center. A taxi from the city to the hotel is about 10 euros. Thank you, Sercotel, for a great stay.

Pef friendly. The location was quiet, the room comfortable, breakfast was great, and the service even better. No reading light by the bed, but that's true of most hotels these days.
