Buendia Corralejo Nohotel

The location is handy, with shops, beach, bars and restaurants all nearby. The pool area was great and had enough places for everyone, and breakfast was tasty, freshly made and had a good range of choices. Our rooms were big and spacious, with a good shared living area and two bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was well organized and stocked with good-quality equipment. The bathroom looked a little dated, but everything worked fine.

We were due to spend 28 days at Buendía to celebrate the start of retirement. On the morning of day 11, I tripped and broke my hip. After surgery at the Hospital in Puerto Del Rossario, I was discharged three days later. The support the staff gave my wife and me, both while I was in hospital and after we returned, was amazing. We can't say enough about how accommodating and helpful the whole team was. Special thanks to Pablo, Emanuele, Erica, Alvaro, and Alex the Manager. Sorry if I've misspelt anyone's name or left anyone out. Thanks as well to the cleaning team, who moved their trolleys whenever I needed to pass in my wheelchair, and to the young woman at Waves who helped my wife watch for the ambulance on the day of the accident. Buendía is a special place with very special people. We look forward to seeing you all again in January 2027, and I promise not to break anything! ❤️ The facilities, rooms and cleaning are excellent too, as other reviews have said, but what stands out to me is the staff. From check-in, it felt like staying with friends.

We had a week here over Christmas and it was superb. The location is very convenient, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets all an easy walk away. The pool loungers were really comfortable, and we had no trouble finding one even on Christmas Day. The apartments have terraces or balconies, big comfortable beds and everything needed for self catering. There's also a great buffet breakfast, and you can buy lunch and drinks during the day. When the dishwasher in our apartment stopped working, they replaced it in less than an hour. Friendly, helpful staff and great service. We'll be back!

We didn't try the pool, so I can't comment on it, but the pool bar was great and served really good food. We skipped breakfast, which has a separate menu. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was massive, with a lovely clean feel and a very comfortable bed. The shower was surprisingly good and there was always plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped, the lounge sofa was great, and there was loads of space for our things. A complimentary bottle of water in the fridge on arrival was a lovely touch. The hotel is on the edge of Corralejo, so it's quiet at night but still an easy walk to shops, restaurants and bars.
