Isidro was a fantastic host, and the apartment had lovely views in a peaceful setting. We spent three nights here and had a lovely time. The town is pretty and charming, with good, affordable food. The apartment felt like home, from the lovely smell of the sheets to the comfortable bed. It was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and well stocked with kitchenware and bathroom amenities. We were there for the town festival, so we kept busy. One afternoon we spent at a town restaurant with a pool; there’s another restaurant with the same features too. Nearby Aracena has the Cave of Wonders and a castle to visit.

In a village of around 300 people, this rural apartment is a great fit if you want quiet and plan day trips to nearby towns. It was spotless, nicely decorated and had all the basics covered, from kitchen utensils and crockery to sugar, sweetener, oil and salt. The quality for the price is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Just right for a few days away to switch off and enjoy the place and its surroundings. The facilities are perfect, and the owners provide very personal service.
