The quiet spot made a lovely base for walks through the spring flowers, and Marco gave us maps and clear directions that came in handy. We also enjoyed Competa, with its good meals, cocktails, and sangria. Back at La Madrugala, there were plenty of places to sit and take in the peaceful view, plus a pool for lazy days and an honesty bar for a drink without going into town. Our room was comfortable, and breakfast each morning was delicious, with quality local produce. Marco and Jayze the Belgian Shepherd made us feel at home, and we had a fantastic holiday. We’d happily recommend staying here in this beautiful area.

We really enjoyed our stay and are already hoping to come back. It’s peaceful here, with nice things to do nearby, and the town is an 8-minute drive away. Our host was friendly and welcomed us even though we booked at the last minute. Every morning there was a luxurious breakfast on one of the terraces. The rooms were very well equipped, and the pool area was great. Lovely views over both the sea and the mountains, too. A perfect place to unwind in the south of Andalucía.

The sea and mountain views were breathtaking, and the place was charming and clean. Each morning, Yahze came to greet us while Marco put together a delicious breakfast. Marco was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. We loved La madrugada and would definitely come back. Thanks, Marco, from Stefania and Juan.

We spent five nights at B&B La Madrugada and had such a nice time. The room was clean and pleasant, with a wonderful view, and the whole place felt peaceful. We also really liked the garden and pool. Our host was helpful and very friendly, and made an excellent breakfast for us each morning. Leaving was hard!
