Travelodge Madrid Coslada Aeropuerto

The doors to the rooms slam shut, and I could hear doors banging all along the hallway during the night. There was nothing in the room at all: no jug, coffee, tissues, water, or other amenities. When I asked reception for boiling water for my baby's bottle, they said they couldn't provide it, but offered to lend me a jug overnight for $20. A first for everything, I guess.

Getting to Madrid on public transport was a bit tricky at first, but once we worked it out, it was easy. My 17-year-old daughter, my 10-year-old son, and I had a spacious room that fit all three of us. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with smiles, and breakfast was included and quite delicious. I'd definitely stay again.

Fernanda at the front desk was kind, understanding, and efficient when we arrived much earlier than planned. Our flight to London had been diverted because of a power outage, and after more than 24 hours without sleep, we were traveling with a baby. I asked whether an early check-in might be possible, and she went out of her way to arrange a room as soon as she could. That help turned a stressful day into a real relief, and made all the difference. We had an excellent experience at Travelodge. The room was spotless and comfortable, and truly amazing for the price. We couldn't have asked for more.

The food is amazing, and after a week here it's been a great stay. The rooms are cleaned and refreshed every day, and the hotel is clean and smells amazing throughout. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Fran at the front desk is a star, always helpful and accommodating. I'd highly recommend staying here.
