Neptuno Costa Adeje

The apartments are spotless, and the staff are the nicest, friendly, kind and efficient. Juan, Simo'n and another gentleman whose name I don’t know were especially lovely. The hill really isn’t too bad, about like the location of Burger King, and it’s excellent value for money. This is my favourite place in the world and feels like a home away from home. We usually stay for three weeks at a time. This was our sixth trip, and we’ve already booked for next year. Thanks for all the extra help this year when denis left the keys behind.

I was glad I chose Neptuno for my first solo holiday. It was a lovely few days in a really chilled atmosphere, and all the staff were so nice and helpful. The pool bar was reasonably priced. It’s a good way uphill and the location isn’t great, but I walked everywhere and managed fine. Taxis are available, and the fare to and from the airport is €32. I’ll definitely return.

We arrived on 8 December 2025 and were put off at first by the steps to our apartment. The lifeguard stepped in and carried both cases up to the second floor. Once inside apartment number 35, it was just as described, a spacious superior apartment with great views. The staff are very happy to help. We’re a couple of young 80-year-olds, so the steps around the complex are a bit of a challenge, but worth it. The walk down to the bars and restaurants takes us 20 to 30 minutes, and a little longer coming back uphill. Overall, we’re really happy with our choice. From two Welsh oldies.

The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful, and there are two pool areas with a bar beside the main one. The complex and rooms may not be modern, but everything is kept clean and well maintained. Yes, it’s a steep hill, but it’s fine unless you have restricted mobility. There’s a bus route at the end of the road, and taxis are easy to get. I’ve stayed here a number of times over the years.
