Princess Inspire Tenerife Hotel

We had a great stay at the Princess Inspire in May 2026. The hotel is very nice, though there are far too many steps for older people. I liked the rooms, but not the bathroom layout. The basin area is completely open with no door, and in my opinion a bathroom needs privacy. Apart from that, it was a nice stay, thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back, giving the hotel 4 out of 5. The food was a highlight on half board: breakfast had lots of choice each morning, and dinner was good quality with a buffet that changed nightly. The hotel was clean and well maintained, our room spotless and regularly serviced, and reception was bright and welcoming. Its location is convenient for getting around, close to buses, shops and local restaurants. There are a few drawbacks. Drinks can be expensive if you're not all inclusive. The heated main pool spends much of the day in shade, and sun loungers that get sun are often reserved very early. Near reception, an upper deck has two smaller pools that seem sunnier, though I don't think they're heated. The hotel can feel busy and compact, which makes sense in this built-up area where space is limited. Its sister property is across the road and sometimes feels like part of the same complex. Still, we had a great stay, especially because of the food, cleanliness and convenient location.

This was my third visit in a year, and overall it's a lovely place, spotlessly clean, with efficient, friendly staff. The food was good on the whole, though the meat was sometimes dry and overcooked, and the morning eggs were often left sitting too long and weren't hot. The app is very good, with lots of features, but unusually, you still can't track your spending. I also dislike that they won't lend you an iron and make you use their paid laundry service.

Victor at reception helped make our honeymoon another fantastic holiday. Knowing it was our honeymoon, he arranged the best room in the main block, with a beautiful room and view. He also knows Costa Adeje and Tenerife so well and always makes a big effort to share his knowledge. I’m sure he has a great relationship with guests and is a big reason people return. The young lad at reception with glasses was fantastic too, though I can't remember his name. We were amazed by how much he knew about places around the world, including where we're from, despite being born in Tenerife. All the reception staff were amazing and helpful. The food market staff work hard and always have a smile. We love this hotel and will return in the future.
