The location was closer to everything than we expected, including the seafront, and Siam Park was a very short walk away. Our apartment was surprisingly spacious, with a super king bed that was really comfy, lots of hanging space and two bathrooms. One had a huge bath, and the other had a walk-in shower. The kitchen was okay, and the big terrace had lovely sunset views over the Atlantic. Breakfast was excellent, and the pool bar's food and drinks were fairly priced. We'd recommend stopping there for an afternoon drink or two. We'll definitely be back, and special thanks to Lisa for taking such good care of us! Next time, we'd like a hot tub with a sea view, please. We had to get out to the sunbeds to get that, such a hard life!

The balcony had some great views, and the apartment was fine overall, but the one bedroom was too small for our family of four. The kids slept on the sofa bed, and if we'd known the size, we would have paid extra or looked elsewhere for a larger room. Getting settled wasn't a great start. Check-in was poor, and finding the room meant dragging our bags up several stairs and lifts. After dinner, our five year old really disliked the very steep hills and another flight of steps on the way back. Carrying him on my back wasn't great either. This definitely isn't a good choice for anyone with mobility issues.

We came as a family of four in June 2024 and booked directly on the hotel website. The booking was smooth, the staff spoke very good English, and the team were friendly from the start, always greeting us with a smile. The well kept property gave us the sense that the staff genuinely cared about guests' comfort. Siam Park is very close by, which is a big bonus for thrill seekers. The heated pool was a highlight for the kids. It's not huge, but a good size for the hotel, and we always found sunbeds. The pool bar service was excellent and kept the atmosphere relaxed. Our one bedroom apartment had an ocean view. The setting gives you beautiful views and a welcome break from the hustle and bustle while keeping you close to what you need. The steep hill can be tough in the heat and isn't ideal for seniors, so I'd suggest a car or taxis for getting around comfortably. We had a late flight on our last day, and the hotel kindly gave us a courtesy room below the pool area. It was small but had showers, and we got fresh towels too. That meant we could spend the whole day at the pool with the kids before heading to the airport refreshed. A thoughtful gesture. We'd happily return for the relaxing, family friendly stay and excellent service.

The restaurant staff were genuinely friendly and professional, the one redeeming feature of this stay. But at €300 a night, the value was non-existent. This felt like dated motel-style accommodation posing as a 4-star hotel, with serious hygiene problems. There was only one cleaning per week for families, and we found dead cockroaches in the hallways. Insecticides were left inside the apartment within reach of our infants. They charged extra for towel and linen changes, €9 per laundry load for washer and dryer, and even pool towels were treated like high-security assets. Most hotels in this price bracket include these things. The place was very dated, with low ceilings and jerky old elevators. Wi-Fi was unreliable and needed constant router resets. Breakfast had very limited variety, and the "white fish" at dinner tasted bitter and rancid. Check-in at 4:00 PM and a strict 10:00 AM checkout felt outdated. Parking was a nightmare, especially for anyone with mobility issues. Overpriced, poorly maintained, and definitely not a 4-star establishment. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
