We really enjoyed the week, and the entertainment was excellent. The staff were outstanding, friendly, and always available. Rooms were great, though the windows were hard to close, and the buffet had variety every day. There weren’t enough sun loungers for the hotel’s capacity, and the pool could be bigger too. Hotel parking is 18 euros per day. Outside parking is 7 euros per week in the red zone and 5 euros per day in the green zone.

It’s only a 3-minute walk to the beach, and the hotel runs activities morning, afternoon, and evening for everyone. There are pool parties, dance parties, foam parties, slides, hydro parties, and water polo games. The service is good, the food has a nice variety, and the bedrooms are nice. There are lots of kids, though, and nights can be a bit noisy.

Irene made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. She was so kind, polite, and helpful, and explained all the details I needed about the hotel and the area. She greeted me with a smile and helped me feel comfortable, like this could be my second home. Amazing customer service. The hotel itself is impressive too. I’ll definitely come back!

The buffet had a great selection every day, including different pasta dishes, three kinds of pizza, a different paella at each meal, and various meats at the BBQ counter. The animation team put a lot of heart and effort into keeping everyone happy. The standard rooms are a decent size but a bit older. There’s no tea or coffee maker, so I wouldn’t recommend half board or room service if you expect those in-room facilities. Bathrooms have bathtubs, which may not suit everyone but are fine if you like a bath. The pool is a decent size and ranges from 140 cm to 180 cm deep. There’s also a tiny kids’ pool on the side, which can fit 15 or 20 children at a time. Street parking costs 6 euros for a week, while hotel parking is 15 euros per day. I wouldn’t recommend buying a ticket on the app. The kids’ club runs mornings and afternoons every day, but there aren’t many activities, mostly drawing.
