The finca is in a handy central spot, with most coasts and hiking areas in Mallorca about 45 minutes to an hour away by car. It's a lovely property with several units and a huge garden. Our apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including a woodfire oven and a gas stove for heating, useful since the nights were still a bit cold. The pool area was very clean, even though it wasn't swimming season yet. Communication with the host was fast, easy, and reliable.

Casa Cascada was immaculate, with an impressive garden, and matched the positive reviews. I appreciated the strong sustainability efforts and was happy to contribute. The host and staff were friendly and helpful. It might have been a wonderful stay, but the lack of heating was a real drawback in November. The website said central heating was available in the colder months, which helped convince me to book. The host said he wouldn't turn it on with only a couple of guests staying. We used the fireplace every day instead, burning A LOT of wood, which the host provided free of charge. Night temperatures were around +5 degrees, and there was no stationary heating in the bathroom. The internet was mostly okay but sometimes cut out or became very slow. I also wish I'd known beforehand that the deposit had to be paid in cash on arrival, because my booking confirmation clearly said it needed to be transferred. The host was flexible, so I got the money from a local ATM a 5-minute drive away and came back later. We had to sign a rental contract in German on arrival (I thought we were in Spain though?), and take garbage to a municipal collection point 5 minutes away. It was a nice stay, and I'd book the property again, just not in winter.

We've already returned to this finca four times, even though we never imagined we'd be the sort of people to revisit the same vacation spot. It's just that dreamy. The hosts are friendly, easy to reach, and made check-in and check-out smooth again. The island's rugged, lovely center is wonderfully quiet and made it easy to unwind. With a rental car, you can get to any part of Mallorca quickly, and there are great bike tours starting nearby. In May, getting into the private pool takes a bit of courage, but it's still enjoyable. For everyday shopping, Inca is about 15 minutes away. Another perfect vacation for us, and surely not the last. Thank you!

We were six people at Finca Casa Pina for three days, mainly to work together, and felt very comfortable there. The outdoor space is generous, with lots of different places to sit, so it was easy to spread out. The finca itself isn't large, but it's cozy, naturally furnished, and surrounded by greenery in a lovely, idyllic setting. Service was excellent too, and they were always helpful and open to our questions. It was perfect for us ☺️

The finca's surroundings are scenic, but our stay was a clear disappointment. We booked "Redonda II" at the Can Pina estate through Airbnb, expecting the detached private house with a garden shown in the listing. Instead, it was an apartment in a densely packed complex. The rooms were extremely noisy, and we could hear neighbors talking even from the bathroom. The bathroom window looked straight onto the shared front yard, with no privacy screen. Wi-Fi and hot water were both unreliable, cutting out repeatedly. Hot water trickled in, sometimes taking several minutes. When we politely raised these problems, the landlord dismissed them with, "The Wi-Fi and hot water work perfectly," without checking. We also pointed out how different the place was from its description. He said he'd been renting for 20 years and had never heard such a complaint. Given what we experienced, that sounded questionable and presumptuous, especially since numerous critical Google reviews described the same problems. A quick Google search turned up other reports of hostile communication, rigid 4 p.m. check-in with no flexibility, cold water, poor Wi-Fi, and very rude service. One reviewer said she was pressured to sign a German-language contract she couldn't understand and pay a cash deposit, despite the platform saying it wasn't required. Others said they were told not to leave lights on too long or to keep the air conditioning above 24°C, with the added remark that it wasn't a hotel. Several reviews also described guests being treated disrespectfully. One comment summed up the mismatch in expectations this way: "A private house just means it has a kitchen and a bathroom." We asked to end our stay early because of the problems. The only refund offered depended on the accommodation being re-let, which effectively meant no refund. We managed to cancel only part of the stay through Airbnb support. The host then left us a negative review, calling us "disrespectful." That reversal of responsibility felt downright cynical. On departure day, cleaning staff repeatedly and insistently knocked until we left 15 minutes before the official check-out time. There was no greeting or consideration. The area is certainly picturesque, but hospitality, honesty, and professional communication were sorely lacking. If you value privacy, reliable amenities, respectful hosts, and even basic customer service, I'd look elsewhere. Judging by other reviews, this doesn't seem to be an isolated incident.
