Posada Dos Aguas

We booked the deluxe room for a snowy weekend in February because we wanted to enjoy the bathtub. Instead, the water was cold from Friday, and the bathroom pipe was flooding. They came to look at it around midday Saturday and said they'd fixed it, but when we got back, they hadn't. When we raised it again, they said it was supposedly fixed and they weren't sure how to sort it out because it had never happened before. They said the system was an air source heat pump and the plumber had to come from Soria. But later we found other reviews describing the same issue before. We tried again a few hours later in case the water just needed time to heat, but it stayed lukewarm or cold. We paid for the most expensive room specifically for the bath, yet had lukewarm showers all weekend in mid-February, with temperatures from 3°C down to -3°C. At checkout nobody even asked how the stay had gone or whether there were other problems, even though we'd reported the hot water issue. There was no interest or customer service. A huge disappointment.

We got good attention and a nice breakfast. The rooms were comfortable, with private bathrooms, and everything was very clean. We stayed in winter and the heating worked well.

Quiet, clean, comfortable place with big attic rooms. Breakfast was pretty sparse, though, with no eggs, yogurt, cereal...

It was easy to get to the inn, and everything was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay, especially the very comfortable bed. Our Deluxe Double Room was spacious and comfortable too. The downside was how thin the walls were. We could hear everything next door, including the TV and a child crying late into the night for several nights. Otherwise, highly recommended.
