A lovely rural hotel, with rustic but modern rooms and comfortable beds. The free breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, the pillows on our bed were flat.

It's a charming hotel in a perfect spot, just a few meters from the Plaza Mayor. Our room was very clean. Breakfast isn't included, but they offer it at a nearby hotel that they also own. The lady who runs it is a delight.

I've stayed here on two weekends in a row this October 2025 and was extremely satisfied. I had a different room each weekend, and both were excellent. Each had everything I needed: a good bed and bathroom, nice decor, quality furniture, good lighting, and a very reasonable price. The woman who helped me was incredibly accommodating. If I come back to Covarrubias, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

We only stayed one night, but the room, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. The hotel is right in the center of a beautiful town, and everything was spotless. The bed was super comfortable, and the linens and towels were good quality. The only thing we missed was a hairdryer, but we managed, since the super-soft cotton towel dried well. We'll be back, thank you.
