This place seems set up for bungalow guests. There are only a few pitches for campers, tucked at the far end and a long way from the bathrooms and other facilities. There are also flooding issues near the slides, maybe from a leak, and it doesn't seem to get much attention since campers aren't the priority. People coming back from the beach wash their feet at the fountain. You can see what sort of campsite it is. I'd avoid it.

My front desk experience was deeply upsetting. Montse and the rest of the team came across as arrogant and extremely rude. Montse personally insulted me and made comments with racist undertones, including remarks about my face. That behavior has no place in hospitality, or anywhere.

We'd visited Capfun nine times before, but this was our first time at Alba, and we left a day early. The staff didn't treat people with respect, and everyone seemed to have their own rules, so it was hard to know what was allowed. If you're not from around Creixel, it felt like people from outside were treated as nobodies, so I wouldn't come here. The food was another problem. Meat and fish were still frozen when served, and when we tried to say something, the bar's manager got very angry. We spent €106 and only ate the fries, two days in a row. At the pool, supervisors ran after small children and shouted at them that they were doing things wrong. A sad campsite and a sad staff experience.
