The staff sent helpful instructions and advice once our reservation was confirmed, which made things easy. We had a lovely night and everything was fine. Since we visited in low season, we got the room at a fair price, and there was plenty of parking near the town entrance.

The rooms are small and there’s no extra furniture, but they’re comfortable and have what you need for a good night’s sleep. The shower was great and the service was good. For a hotel in the middle of such a popular holiday resort, it’s not expensive.

Cudillero is pretty and worth visiting, but I wouldn’t stay here again. This is a basic option if you want to spend the night in town. If you’re driving a car or motorcycle, keep in mind there’s no parking near the hotels, so you have to leave it a long way away by the port.

This stop was a complete miss. The room was cramped and smelled mouldy, and the seagulls were crazy. Street noise meant we had to keep the window shut. There isn’t really much to the village either.

The location was excellent, and the young man at reception was really friendly. He explained where to get breakfast and how to handle parking without getting a ticket. We were two adults and a teenager, and the available suite worked well, with a double bed, sofa bed, and bathroom. Everything was fantastic apart from the garbage truck early in the morning. It was noisy, but only for a short while. We’ll definitely come back.
