Beatriz made this a five-star stay. She communicated well, responded quickly, and shared lots of useful tips, including interesting local events such as Cuenca’s seafood festival. The apartment is conveniently near the town center, and the old town is an easy uphill walk. It’s small by North American standards but a reasonable size for one or two people. There’s a full set of equipment, including spices and oils for cooking. The bathroom is tight, though the shower is roomy and has plenty of hot water. The A/C and heat work really well. Cuenca is worth visiting, and I’d happily stay here again.

Beatriz was very attentive and shared lots of recommendations for Cuenca. The apartment was clean, organized, and fully equipped, and the heating worked great. It’s right next to a bus stop and about a 15-minute walk from Plaza Mayor. I had a great stay here with friends and would absolutely recommend it!

A clean, comfortable, fully furnished apartment, close to shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and bus services. Beatrice was a helpful, caring host and shared useful information, including nearby restaurants.

We came to Cuenca for work, and I brought the kids along. We all had a great time. Beatriz was lovely and did her best to work around our requests. The apartment is practical and has everything you might need for a few days. It’s close to everything, and since Cuenca is small, we could walk almost everywhere. We parked just outside the door in a free parking zone. I mentioned a few things privately to the owners that they might be able to improve, details you sometimes only notice once you’ve stayed there. We’ll definitely book with them again when we return, though I’m not sure whether we’ll choose the Isabel apartment or Beatriz’s.

The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with, and recommended a restaurant that turned out to be excellent. The apartment itself was spotless, welcoming, and fully equipped. It’s also well located, with parking that was easy to manage. We had a wonderful stay.
