It needs some work.
Apartment 22A was small for four, especially once the sofa bed was open. We had to tilt the table aside to make room, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Getting there by car isn't easy. There were about 6-7 parking spaces, but when we arrived they told us the lot was full. You can park up the hill, where there's usually space. There's no Wi-Fi, shower gel, or hairdryer. The bathroom itself is large, but the towel rack was coming off the wall and the shower was quite dark with no light. In the kitchen there was a small fridge, basic utensils, an Italian coffee maker, and a microwave, but no oven. We spent the St. George's Day long weekend there with family, and it was fine for a weekend getaway.
The best parts were the heating and the location. I was in a one-bedroom apartment with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. It was decent rather than luxurious, with a small kitchen that had a microwave, fridge, stove, and sink. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and private parking was available for a fee. Reception staff were curt and not very friendly, so conversation didn't go far.
The drive in is really frightening, and getting around the property is difficult. It's not suitable for people with disabilities, and parking is limited to 6 or 7 spaces, at €6 a day. The Plaza Mayor in Cuenca is an 8-minute walk uphill. Service felt nonexistent, and we were there during construction work that interrupted our 8 pm rest. The Wi-Fi was advertised, but there was none at all.
