The apartment was large and clean, fine for a night but not longer. A handy stop if you don't want to drive too far. Both bedrooms were a good size, though the main bedroom had just one bedside table. The downstairs bathroom didn't go with the main bedroom, and its toilet was badly installed and uncomfortable. To get to the veranda, you have to pass through the bathroom. The view wasn't great, and there was nowhere set up to sit, relax, or get shade. The upstairs bedroom's air conditioner also made an annoying repeating noise when switched off.

I spent a wonderful birthday with my family in the penthouse. We came from France, and communication was always spot on. The newly built house was beautiful, clean, well equipped, and completely quiet, with air conditioning in the apartment and 24-hour turndown service. Cuenca is a 2-minute drive away, and there are buses. There's a riding school just a 5-minute walk away, countryside all around, tasty restaurants, and routes for bikes and horseback riding. The neighbors were friendly, and the peace was absolute. I was surprised how many activities there are in such a small town.

Nieves managed the apartment and was incredibly helpful. Everything was spotless, and there were plenty of breakfast basics, including coffee, Nesquik, hot chocolate, butter, jam, and sliced bread. You'll need to bring your own milk because of the different varieties available. The two bedrooms each had two beds, plus there was a large sofa bed, so six people fit comfortably. We stayed one night and loved it. The setting was very peaceful, and Cuenca city center was only 4.5 km away.

We had a fantastic five-night stay in the apartment. It was clean and in perfect condition, and the owners left plenty of breakfast supplies for our whole visit. We met them to collect the keys, and they were very friendly and offered help with anything we needed. Nohales is well placed for Cuenca and the surrounding mountains, with lots of activities depending on your interests and how much time you have. Alcampo supermarket is only a 4-minute drive away. We highly recommend the place.
