The staff were so kind and professional, and took time to tell us about things to see and do around Cuenca. Breakfast was amazing, and the clean smell when you first walk in stood out too. The location surprised us most: right in central Cuenca’s old town, with a flat walk of only a few yards from the public parking and no stairs. Excellent place, highly recommend it. Thank you.

We only picked this place by chance as an overnight stop, but now we’re already planning to come back for longer. The Hospidileria and the town both have a lovely atmosphere. Just keep in mind that most restaurants don’t open until 8pm. We loved our stay.

I was really impressed by how quiet it was, the great location, and those soft pillows. I’m not sure why they call it a two-star hotel, because to me it was much better than that.

The staff were fantastic, and the atmosphere in this beautiful historic building was unforgettable. It’s right in the heart of old Cuenca, in a superb spot. The accommodation was excellent and peaceful, and breakfast was very good value.

I’ve been back several times, most recently for a weekend, and it keeps being just as good. The new lounge on the 5th floor is magnificent for relaxing. It’s so peaceful, ideally located, and the views are stunning. The room is lovely, the bed very comfortable, and the shower magnificent. The lady in the breakfast room was polite and friendly, as were the reception staff. Everything is very clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the beds are comfortable. There’s nothing to criticise. Faultless accommodation, we’ll be back!
