We were delighted with the place. The beds are really comfortable, and everything was spotless, right down to the sparkling clean details. It’s brand new and has all sorts of useful things, from chargers and books to local magazines, activity brochures, even a cereal dispenser. You can also connect Netflix to watch movies. The amenities feel state of the art, which is a surprise in such a small village. Gonzalo, the owner, is very friendly. There’s a bar about a minute and a half away on foot, the only one in the village. We ate well there, with homemade food at very reasonable prices. 😁😁😁

In this quiet, tiny village in the Arlanza region of Burgos province, it’s easy to get away from city noise and stress. Covarrubias is 10 minutes away, and Santo Domingo de Silos is 20. The house has two large upstairs bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Downstairs, the modern open-plan area combines a well-equipped kitchen with a living room and fireplace, plus a dining space. The staircase is open and modern, while the stone exterior fits the traditional architecture of the area. A real gem, highly recommended!

We had a lovely few days in a beautiful setting, and the owners were so warm and welcoming. The house is beautifully decorated. I’d happily return, though the pillows could be better.
