Apartamento en la playa Arensol Cullera

Our arrival turned into a mess. There were three of us in Valencia, and a few hours before we got there, the owner, Julio, said he wouldn’t wait for us and had left the key in a shed. We spent four hours trying to open it, but he wouldn’t answer. In the end, we had to find somewhere else at 2 a.m. Terrible.

The views were good, but the property felt badly neglected and was in very poor condition. The owners didn’t respond to our requests. I’ll leave out the details so as not to offend. For a price similar to a hotel with half-board, this was nowhere near a decent apartment. Very disappointing, and it didn’t meet our expectations.

The hosts kept on top of everything we asked for, and the facilities were very complete, including a pool, tennis, and a social club. The apartment was spacious, had everything we needed, and was in an excellent location. It was all perfect!

We could look straight out at the sea over every meal, which made this the best stay we could have asked for. The views were unmatched, and the place was peaceful while still close to everything. It was carefully maintained, clean, and had thoughtful touches, with top-notch service. We’ll be back soon.
