Termas de Cuntis Hotel La Virgen

We were really pleased with our choice. The staff were very polite, and the food was excellent. It's right in the center of town, so everything is close by, and the rooms were quite good too.

The food could be a bit better, though the selection still included meat, fish, and a hot dish, along with salads, sides, seasonal fruit, ice cream, yogurt, and sometimes homemade pastries or cake. I suppose they have to make do with the government's budget, and we do complain about everything! The hotel itself was fantastic, spotless, and the staff were incredibly attentive. This was my first thermal spa trip through the IMSERSO program, and I couldn't find a single fault. Thanks to all the staff. I hope I can come back next year!

The food was good, although there wasn't much variety, and the rooms were perfect apart from the pillows, which could be improved. The hotel and thermal bath staff were all very friendly, and I would return. At the baths, though, there was no capacity control or way to manage how long people stayed at each jet. We asked about it and were told nothing could be done. There are no signs showing time limits and no pool staff to deal with it, so you may or may not get to enjoy that area fully. I stayed this past weekend.

We've stayed here twice now, and the staff service and food have both made us very happy. The rooms and facilities could really use a facelift, though. Our windows still had fingerprints and were dirty when we arrived, and the carpet was very stained and looked awful.
