Ap2134 Estrella Blanca Les Marines

Ask for the apartment number if you're planning to stay in this complex. I was in Apartment 33, first floor, building 2D. It was very clean and Book In Denia managed it well, but there are some serious drawbacks that aren't the agency's fault. The hottest bedroom has no air conditioning and becomes an oven. The other bedroom and living room do have it, but the units sit on the terrace, make a lot of noise, and blow hot air straight onto it. With the AC running indoors, the terrace is unusable. There's also an owner who seems to dislike tenants. He's had arguments with several guests and doesn't want renters using the paddle tennis court. We had a problem because we were on the grass, the only shaded spot. A sign says no ball games, glasses, or dogs there, which is fine. But if being on the grass were forbidden, why specifically ban dogs? He's a heavyset man with a light gray beard. Management should address this, since these warnings are costing them business. I also couldn't quite make sense of the pool rules. One sign gives lifeguard hours as 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and another says the pool can't be used without a lifeguard. Taken literally, that means no swimming before 11:30 a.m. Luckily, some of us used our common sense and ignored it.
