The apartment was very clean and tidy, but the door remote never worked. Maintenance came within 15 minutes and couldn't fix it, so we went the whole stay, from arrival to departure, without one. A neighbor said previous tenants had also had trouble with it, though I don't know whether they'd reported it to the company.

There are two terraces and access to a shared pool, and the apartment has two floors and two bedrooms. The furniture is old, though, and it needs a proper clean and a coat of paint. There are marks all over the place.

The location is great, with the beach and pool close by, and dogs are allowed. The apartment itself isn't bad, but it needs upkeep. Half the garden is paved with stone and it's barely usable, and the furniture and paint both need refreshing.

We've stayed at these apartments for 4 years, and the agency staff have always been lovely. The apartment is only okay, though: no bathroom clothes rack or towels, a broken blender, an oven door that opens but won't close, and quite a few cockroaches. We had refrigerator problems too, but they bought us a new one and were very nice about it. Unless they improve the apartment, we won't be back next year.

Everything in the apartment was fine. It's also in a good spot, close to the town center, with a Consum supermarket right next door, plus a gas station, pharmacy, and restaurants.
