In October, I raised all my complaints in person at the office and by email. Today, I got a reply saying they wouldn’t do anything. The guest towel has never been usable, the shower door won’t close properly, and water leaks through the oversized hole around the faucet. All the built-in wardrobes are broken, and the air conditioning doesn’t work. They sell apartments but won’t accept complaints. I’d advise everyone to stay away and buy somewhere else.

I wouldn’t buy from them. They’re a shady network of companies, and, along with their parent company Costa Marina Alta, they’re currently under investigation. In my experience, they deceive people, swindle them, and don’t keep their agreements.

I bought my house on January 5th, and it’s full of problems. After I complained countless times, they ignored me. Their claim that they “pay attention to detail” doesn’t match my experience. I don’t find this developer reliable, so beware.
