There are two beaches close by, and the water at one is clearer than at the beach nearest the apartment. Denia is a 10-minute drive away, and I thought the price was good for what we got. Inside, everything felt clean and tidy, comfortable and welcoming, practically brand new. It was a nice place to unwind after sightseeing. The kitchen had utensils and cookware, plus a sink and a clothesline, so preparing meals was easy. They even left a little bag with a sponge, soap, and dishcloth. The soft linens and small decorative touches made it feel like home. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. I'd recommend it if you're after somewhere clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

Covered parking was the best part for me, though I did think the price was a little high. I booked at the last minute, so I understand it may cost more than booking earlier. The beach across the road was quiet and not very crowded. The sand by the shore was like river sand in a children's play area, but further in the water it was proper beach sand. We went down around 11:30 am. The pool was fine, though a bit cold and more chlorinated than we liked. The terrace is small but pleasant in the afternoons, with a nice breeze. The apartment's location is decent, close to the beach and shops like Lidl and Aldi. Bedrooms were fine and had wardrobes. Air conditioning is only in the living room, and with the doors open it reaches almost all the bedrooms. If it gets very hot at night, though, you'll sweat. The kitchen is small but manageable and has what you need, although food stuck to some pans. The fridge is tiny: four bottles of water and food for four days nearly filled it, especially with four or five people. Manuel, the concierge, was very nice. They replace sheets and towels for stays over a week.

We slept well, and the kitchenware was adequate. The apartment was old but looked clean, tidy, and well maintained. Still, we had cockroaches, so be warned. The air conditioning is in the living room; it did cool the bedrooms overnight, but they took a while to get cool.

The place is spacious and has everything needed in the kitchen, and the pool is really nice. But on the first day there was a very strong sewage smell, even at night, along with cockroaches and other insects. The sofas are uncomfortable.
