We had a really enjoyable stay and would come back if we return to Denia. The apartment was cozy and clean, with good internet, Netflix and international channels on the TV for a day indoors. The air conditioning and heating worked well, and the kitchen was fully equipped with a coffee machine. Fresh linen and extra towels were available. Since we stayed 12 nights, we did some cleaning ourselves, and all the tools were provided. Juan Carlos was very helpful and made sure things went smoothly. Before we arrived, he gave us all the instructions for collecting the keys and connecting to the services we needed. We also got clear directions for leaving the apartment and returning the keys. It's right on the beach. The winter months are quiet, which we expected, but the weather was lovely, and having morning coffee on the beach was hard to beat. One thing I'd suggest is a larger boiler for the hot water.

Juan has clearly thought of everything, and the place was spotless and peaceful. It’s a lovely choice for a summer break, great value too. The property looked stunning the moment we opened the door. We loved staying here and would happily come back. Highly recommend it.
