I’ve stayed in each of the three Marina Real phases, and Phase I remains a comfortable, well-kept place with a friendly feel and an excellent location. Its apartments have good build quality, useful layouts and nice finishes for their age. It’s more compact than Marina II, and the glass partitions on the balconies don’t give you as much privacy. Still a dependable, pleasant development, and a good start for the Marina Real name.
