Ona Ogisaka Garden

We had a lovely two weeks here over Christmas and New Year. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The location made it easy to get around and enjoy the area, and the food was good and met our expectations. The indoor pool was a highlight. I went every morning with my twins, and they absolutely loved it. We felt very well looked after throughout and would happily recommend the aparthotel. We’ll definitely be back.

The apartments are clean and well furnished, with lovely mountain and pool views from the balcony. There’s a large pool and gardens, and the buffet breakfast option was handy for our first morning before we got to the supermarket. Supermarkets are less than 1km away, and there are several good restaurants at the marina, a ten-minute walk away. It’s right on a lovely route for walking, running or cycling, and the town centre is 20minutes away on foot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great for families!

Just one night as a stopover, but it was a great experience. Reception service was brilliant, friendly and professional. The apartment was clean and had what we needed for a holiday, including a washing machine, microwave oven, fridge and 2 ring hob for simple meals. The bed was comfortable, and there was a TV in both the lounge and bedroom. They’re Spanish only, though you can change the language on some Chanel’s. The small bar was good. We were on a schedule and didn’t have time for the restaurant, so can’t comment on it. The only drawback was slightly slow Wi-Fi. We’ll return.

A terrible stay. The elevator was broken, so we had to carry all our luggage and groceries up to the third floor. We’d booked for 3 people, but only two beds were prepared. Nobody from staff came to help, so after an 8-hour trip we had to make the bed ourselves. The pool was dirty throughout the week and never cleaned. Housekeeping came only once a week, and the towels weren’t replaced properly, so we had to ask for more several times. The coordination was really poor, and worst of all, nobody seemed to care about the guests.
